Demolition and construction of a 2 storey, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home designed by Rieniets Architecture. This home was inspired by the original art deco house on this block. It features steel windows, European oak parquetry flooring and an expanse of high quality marble benchtops and splashbacks throughout. Each of the three bathrooms are finished with floor to ceiling tiles and Gessi tapware. Outside the landscaping has been designed to complement the house with bluestone paving and gentle planting. Also featuring a swimming pool and entertaining area. The façade features curved standing seam zinc cladding with render and recessed lines. Finishing off is wrought iron balustrading, fencing and double gates.
